HOW TO ORDER

Thank you for choosing BAHL for your new bike. We are true believers that being part of the ordering process will help develop a special connection between you and your bike. We can hardly wait to get started on your frame. Below you will see a few easy steps to get the BAHL rolling (see what we did there). After you've spoken to us about your new build, you will need to fill out our Order/Fit Form. This will not only help guide you through some of the decisions you need to make regarding your build, but it will also help us configure the best fit for you. Please read it thoroughly and if you still have questions, just give us a ring.

STEP ONE : CONTACT US

Get in touch with us by calling 661.747.0559 or email brandon@bahlcycle.com and we'll have a chat about your bike. We'll talk about what you would like to get out of your BAHL, the types of riding that you like, and answer any questions that you may have about the process. We'll then email you our Order/Fit Form for you to fill out. You may also download it here.

STEP TWO : DEPOSIT

Once you have filled out the Order/Fit Form and are ready to place your order, we require a deposit of 50% of the total frameset build to reserve your place in the production queue. From there we will work on details that are specific to your build as well as your fit. We like to talk about the fit early so we can make any changes to the geometry if needed.

STEP THREE : THE FIT

By now we have received your Order/Fit Form and had a lengthy discussion regarding your current fit and the fit of your new bike. Fit is everything. The bike should fit you and not the other way around. For this reason, we recommend meeting with a professional fitter in your area. The combination of the Order/Fit Form as well as the results from your fitter will help ensure that we have everything we need to get your new bike dialed.

STEP FOUR : COMPONENTS SELECTION

While your bike is in the production queue, we'll have a conversation (or few), regarding the options available for the model you've chosen. Some of these options include the components, paint finish, and even frame options. While we do offer framesets, we always prefer to build you a complete bike. This ensures that all of the components you've selected are installed correctly and working as they should. If you decide on a complete bike, then we will require payment of the build kit at this time.

STEP FIVE : THE BUILD

Once your build date arrives, we'll reach out to you to finalize everything before we cut any tubes. If anything needs to be changed, this will be the time to do it. We will be sure to keep you posted on the build process with regular updates.

STEP SIX : DELIVERY

Your BAHL is finished and we want to get it to you so you can #loveyourride. We'll reach out to you and discuss the best way to get your new bike to you. At this point, the remaining balance for your bike will be collected and will include packaging and shipping if needed. Congratulations! You're now part of the family.
